Box Contents

Will I know what's inside the box before it ships?

No. Box contents are a surprise and are not announced in advance. Each month features a different assortment of bag-making supplies selected by the Sew Yours team.

Will I receive the same items as other subscribers?

Most subscribers receive the same general assortment of products, although colors, finishes, prints, or specific items may vary.

Will every box contain fabric?

Not necessarily. Contents vary from month to month. Some boxes may contain fabrics, while others may focus more heavily on hardware, notions, zippers, templates, or newly released products.

Will I receive Sew Yours exclusive products?

Sometimes. Subscription boxes may include exclusive products, early releases, or newly launched items.

Are patterns included?

No. Subscription boxes contain materials and supplies only. Patterns, instructions, tutorials, and supply lists are not included.

Can I choose my fabric prints, hardware finishes, or colors?

No. Subscription boxes are curated by the Sew Yours team and cannot be customized.

Can I purchase past subscription boxes?

No. Subscription boxes are curated specifically for each month's release and are available only while the subscription window is open. Past boxes are not available for purchase.

Billing & Renewals

What subscription options do you offer?

You can choose a monthly subscription, an every-3-month subscription, or purchase a one-time box without a subscription.

When will I be billed?

Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days. Quarterly subscriptions renew every 90 days.

Can I switch from monthly to quarterly (or vice versa)?

Yes. You can update your subscription plan through your customer portal before your next renewal date.

What happens if my payment fails?

Our subscription system will automatically attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or canceled until payment information is updated.

Can I skip a box, pause, or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can skip a shipment, pause your subscription, update your payment method, update your shipping address, or cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription portal.

A link to your subscription portal is included in your subscription confirmation email.

Shipping

Is shipping included?

Yes. Shipping is included in the price of your subscription box, so no additional shipping charges will be added at checkout unless you purchase additional items.

Please note that a portion of your subscription payment covers shipping and fulfillment costs. As a result, the retail value of the merchandise included in your box may be less than the total subscription price.

When will my box ship?

Subscription boxes ship during the last week of each month.

If you subscribe at any point during the month, your first box will ship during that month's shipping cycle or, in some cases, at the beginning of the following month depending on when your order is placed.

What happens if I order other products with my subscription box?

Orders containing a subscription box and additional products will ship together when the subscription box ships at the end of the month. If you need other items sooner, please place a separate order.

What if I move?

Yes. You can update your shipping address through your subscription portal before your next renewal date. Address changes submitted after a box has been processed or shipped may not be applied to the current shipment.

Do you ship subscription boxes outside the United States?

No. Subscription boxes are available only to customers with U.S. shipping addresses.

Returns & Policies

Can I return items from my subscription box?

No. Subscription boxes are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

What if an item arrives damaged or defective?

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through our Help Center within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Are subscription boxes suitable for beginners?

Subscription boxes are best suited for sewists who enjoy experimenting with materials and supplies. Because patterns and instructions are not included, some familiarity with bag making is recommended.
