Separate Orders Cannot Be Combined
Please make sure your cart contains everything you need before checkout. Separate orders cannot be combined, and shipping charges are not refunded.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly and cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please review your cart and order information carefully.
Shipping & Processing
Orders ship Monday–Friday and are typically processed within 1–2 business days, or up to 3 business days during busy periods.
Local Pickup
Select Local Pickup only if you will pick up your order in Dunnellon, Florida. Pickup orders cannot be changed to shipping after checkout. Orders must be picked up within 7 calendar days of receiving your Ready for Pickup notification.
Orders $500+
Orders of $500 or more require full-value shipping insurance and signature confirmation. Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized or multi-package orders. If additional charges are required, we will email an invoice for the difference before your order ships.
Color Variations & Dye Lots
We photograph products as accurately as possible, but colors may appear different due to screen settings. Colors may also vary slightly between production runs and dye lots. For the best match, purchase all material needed for your project at the same time.
