Before you shop: Make your first wallet in quilting cotton to gauge whether your machine can sew through the layers.

01   Fabrics & Elastic

• Exterior: 3/4 yd. quilting cotton.
• Lining: 3/4 yd. quilting cotton.
• Elastic: 1/2" wide, cut to 1 3/4".

02   Interfacing & Stabilizer

• 1 1/2 yd. woven interfacing such as Pellon ShapeFlex SF101 or Sew Fuse.
• 1/4 yd. Decovil Light or Sew Fuse Plus.

03   Wallet Hardware & Zippers

• Two lining zipper pockets: 2 cuts of 6 3/4" of #3 or #5 zipper tape + 2 matching zipper pulls.
• 1 Magnetic Snap.
• 1 Turn Lock.

04   Crossbody Option

• 2 × 3/4" strap ends, 2 × 3/4" swivel snap hooks and 2 × 3/4" D-rings.
• 4–6 rivets or Chicago screws. Choose 6–7 mm posts for thinner fabrics or 8–9 mm posts for thicker fabrics. (crossbody only).

• Double-Sided Tape
• Grid Ruler & Cutting Mat
• Erasable Fabric Pen
• Duct Tape for magnetic snap prongs
• Fray Check for snap cuts (optional)
